BREAKING NEWS: Real Broker announces even more agent benefits

REAL Broker, a leading real estate company, has recently announced some exciting benefits for new agents. These benefits are designed to empower agents and provide them with the tools they need to thrive in the competitive and ever-changing real estate market.

First let's dive into the exciting BENEFITS that Real Broker offers to its new agents. The basics of their individual agent plans are:

  • NO MONTHLY FEES: This is great for new agents getting into the business who don't want to pay desk fees, franchise or training fees right away. Each year you'll be asked to pay $250 from your first three transactions for a total of $750 to help offset administrative 
  • 85/15 SPLIT
  • $12,000 CAP  (after which a small $285/ tran. up to $6000)
  • STOCK MATCHING: If you elect to make pre-cap stock purchases, the company matched them at 15% and all post-cap stock purchases are matched at 30%. You earn revenue and wealth outside of your commission and have a stake in your own company.
  • STOCK REWARDS: Each time you attract and agent or cap, you get free stock from REAL. In addition, if you reach ELITE status by reaching the $6000 post cap transaction fees,  you'll be awarded $16,000 in stock. Did you hear that? $16,000. You can also earn additional $6,000 in cultural award for teaching and training on real academy. That's up to $32,000 in stock for doing a great job and sharing your knowledge with the company. For those familiar with other cloud based brokerages, there are no requirements for attending any conferences or meetings to earn these stock options (You'll want to but you aren't required to)
  • AGENT ATTRACTION: We aren't the first brokerage to have a revenue share model in which an agent joining the firm benefits the agent who attracted them to the company. It's a growth model and it works. What REAL has done to perfect that system to change it to  breadth instead of the depth so the emphasis is on helping the agent under you achieve their goals instead of encourage them to only recruit. You'll earn 5% on the first agents who join you at REAL up to $4,000 per year and that trickles down five levels down.  
  • REVENUE SHARE is WILLABLE Something very unique to REAL is the nature of our revenue share. Now you are building generation wealth and security for your family and that should be able to passed down to them. 
  • REAL TITLE operates to help agents in many of the 50 states we are in and the company allows agents to have ownership in a title company through a joint venture program. (Many brokerages offer title services but they are the ones that solely profit. REAL is committed to making their agents lives better and more diversified). 
  • ONE WALLET: REAL just released an agent facing credit card and financial portal for a complete overview of their stock, revenue share and commissions in one place. You can withdraw your money or use the card on business expenses. Each time you use it, you earn points which offset all brokerage fees. 
  • RETIREMENT: Most agents will ask "We get to retire?"  Agents historically joke that they'll never be allowed to retire because they have to stay actively running a business to keep earning income. There are no pensions or 401K's at the brokerage level. With this recent announcement, if you've been with the company for 3 years or more and believe it's time to retire, you can keep earning your revenue share after you have left.
