Carrie’s professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail made our move seamless. We moved out of town, and we had to leave a few days before closing in order for some work to be done in our home. Carrie facilitated that work and we felt safe leaving it in her hands. Her team worked tirelessly on our behalf, actually before we signed with them, through closing. and even as we relocated to our new home. Carrie has a deep knowledge of this area, which is incredibly helpful when coordinating lenders, inspections, repair estimates for multiple systems in the home, and so much more. She has the rare ability to keep us informed while not overwhelming us with information. Carrie came recommended to us by a friend in the neighborhood. She was very professional from the start and was open and honest with us about what we needed to do to get the house sold. We took the house of the market for 1 month. Did some more preparations and relaunched after Christmas. We had a very great relaunch and had an offer we accepted in 5 days.     I cannot speak highly enough of Carrie. She served as both Seller's and Buyer's agent for us. She was incredibly responsive, getting us in to see our current house within 24 hours of our request. She was able to help us negotiate a final price well below asking, which was unheard of in the Market we are in, and at the time we were looking. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and our needs as well as helping us coordinate contractors for work on the house we were purchasing. But the most impressive part was Carrie doing both her job and the job of Realtor who was representing the people buying our house. She caught multiple errors on their part and seemed to drag the deal across the finish line by sheer force of will while reassuring us the entire time.
