I told someone just the other day I would rather you walk away and know I protected you - and build my business by referrals rather than simply get one more deal. Working with my buyers, it’s not about the price point or really even about the house... it’s about finding a house that reflects you and how it will complete the needs of you and your family. In a competitive market that means crafting creative contracts to help you win. But not at any costs because we need to keep in mind your long term investment in mind.
