Our experience with Core Realty was stellar; from the time we made the decision to list our house, right up through and beyond closing. Carrie and her team saw to our every need. Carrie’s professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail made our move seamless. We moved out of town, and we had to leave a few days before closing in order for some work to be done in our home. Carrie facilitated that work and we felt safe leaving it in her hands. Her team worked tirelessly on our behalf, actually before we signed with them, through closing. and even as we relocated to our new home. Our closing was efficiently handled without us needing to be there!She and her team answered every question we had, and went above and beyond to make what could have been a much more stressful and overwhelming time flow almost effortlessly. This is the 5th home we've purchased, and by far the best experience we've ever had with a buyer's agent. Carrie has a deep knowledge of this area, which is incredibly helpful when coordinating lenders, inspections, repair estimates for multiple systems in the home, and so much more. She has the rare ability to keep us informed while not overwhelming us with information. She is always one step ahead of the process with communication so we never missed a deadline or were surprised by anything in the process. We're very happy with the price we were able to negotiate, and with Carrie's help we're super excited to move into our new home!
